Intense BMX Europe race report eurorounds Germany
Last weekend all INTENSE BMX Europe team riders were present at the Euro rounds from Weiterstadt (Germany)
round 5&6 from the European Champioships were held under (for some riders) to hot and sunny conditions.
We were able to set up a fantastic teamarea at the track for our riders, sponsors and parents including LEATT's race service centre

As always teammanager-coach Jorg the louw brought all teambikes and riders in theyre best shape for this race.
Also South African Intense riders Axel and Liam Webster (coached by Jorg) and theyre parents made the trip to Germany.

Youngest team rider Roy Bax (Netherlands) rode strong and with style all weekend in Boys class 11-12
On saturday he finished 5th in the final and on Sunday he was unfortunate to crash in the 1/8 final which eleminated him from further racing

Jordi Schippers (Netherlands) acting in boys class 15-16 made a huge mistake on saturday by not eating and drinking during these hot day and eliminated himself in advance for good results during this day, he still managed to make it to the main in cruiser class with a 5th spot and a 7th in the quarter final from the boys 15-16 class.
On sunday he revenged and started with a English breakfast and a liter of water, together with the Powerbar choko shakes, during the day provided by LEATT's Pro athlete manager Lenny Karsmakers he easely made it to the main in cruiser class and tourist cruised to a 8th spot and finished 7th after a crash in boys class 15-16

In same class, Kristaps Vinters from Latvia made his debut on the European tracks after a injury on his Intense
closed in after the start in Saturdays main event he finished 7th but showed the crowd on sunday who will the man to beat in boys 16 class this year and finished on top of the podium in the final

Abbie Taylor (England) , rookie junior women, making holeshots all weekend long in moto's and semi's couldnt remember in saturdays and sundays main that she ia able to win, finishing 7th and 8th

same class but second year junior women Maartje Hereijgers (Netherlands) showed self-confidence again and raced smiling all weekend 
to a 2nd in saturdays and a 4th in sundays main

first years junior men, Klavs Lisovskis from Latvia strugled with a sort of jetlag after a 2000 km trip with a small motohome all the way from Latvia. Both days he made it to the 1/8 final finishing 6th.
Klavs will stay for 2 months in The Netherlands trying to get in shape for the Euro finals and worlds in South Africa

junior men rookie, Jeffrey Hoogland from the Netherlands showed that he improved on the European tracks and pro-sections, he enjoyd racing all weekend and made it to the semi finals on both days, finishing 7th on saturday and 5th on sunday

Junior mens Intense Bmx top rider from France, "monsieur" Lorin Martinez showed to be ready for this years important races and finished
finished 3 rd in saturday's final and 5th (bad gate) in sunday's junior men's semi final

in PRO class Elite men, strongest man on the track ,Arnaud Dubois from Belgium strugled again with his gate and ended both days
in the semi with a 5th on saturday and a 7 th on sunday
