Back home for a few days now and back in normal life, I found time to write a race report.
Saturday afternoon they had a little warm up before the race. I was feeling good.
The weather was great the atmospheer was perfect. Everybody knew this would be a great race!!!
Heat 6 was not the hardest one but after finishing 6th in the first run I knew thinks had to change.
Jason Rogers pushed me almost of the track on the second straight so I couldnt jump the bermjump..
anyway,
In my second run I was following Chris Fox on the track and past him on the line cause I needed the low points.
Heat 3 I had a good gate but couldnt move over to the inside, \
going in the first turn in 3th position and finished that way.
1/4 final was on, had a really good gate, came first down the bodem of the hill but lost a lot of time on the first jump.
I was in 3th place, and Connor came on the inside in turn number 1..
Me and Tory were in qualifing position, in the second turn
I was on the inside, and took that 4th position. Managed to keep it and bring it to the finish line.
Semi final I was to nervous.. messed up my gate and didnt do what i had to do!!
I was cruising and hoping for a crash but it didnt happend.
Out in the semi's is not a bad result but I wasnt in the mix and that didnt gave me a really satisfied feeling!!
This weekend we have our last Dutch National in Kampen.
I won 1 round of the Dutch National Series, and Im in 7th spot in the ranking
So lets work on that!!!!!!
