This morning we went with Jerry to a local arena/stadium where we had to sprint and jump up the stairs from the grandstand. we also did some bikesprints and excersises on the field. This afternoon we go to a local track to practice my ABA starts. long term Weather forcast for the race at Lake Perris doesnt look good. it stays sunny till race friday with showers all weekend long.
