Yesterday evening we did a kind of uphill "sprint", unfortunately it was almost 4 kilometres long with my PTers Jerry Bradford and my mum following me with the car. I have to wear a helmet when i am with my bike on the road. You have to be 18 years old when you are allowed to hit the road without. This morning we went to the gym with Joey, where i used the swiss ball for an hour. Joey and Martijn stayed much longer but thats why they are pros !!!!!!!! Tonight we will have a clubrace at Santa Clara, but i'm not used to the ABA startsystem yet, it is so incredible fast that when the gate has dropped i'm still watching the (missing) lights :D. The ABA ProGate has only 2 lights and the gate is much faster than the 4 light ProGate system from the UCI/NBL Over here they have a race after every clubpractice !
