In the morning we drove around a little on our BMX bikes to get the flight out of our legs. After lunch we did some excercises (with Joeys dog) in the backyard from Joeys place together with Gavin Lubbe who is also here. Meanwhile Susan was relaxing and sunbathing. this afternoon we will do some sprints and in the evening we go to a small track in someones backyard and do some gates.
