I have been in Manchester for the past few days meeting up with everybody within British Cycling. It was good to sit down and talk to Grant about what he has planned for next year and beyond. I am really looking forward to after Christmas when I will be back in Manchester to train with everybody.

My shoulder is feeling really good. I will have a few weeks left of stabilisation and strength work and then I should be ready to get back on the track. I see the surgeon next week and hopefully I will get the all clear!

It has been cold over the past few weeks with temperatures dropping below freazing! I really dont mind the cold as long as it doesn't rain aswel...
