I seriously dont know where the last few weeks have gone. They seem to be passing like there is no tomorrow. Anyway carrying on from the last update the Gala Dinner was a great evening. A few people got a little carried away and whilst under the influence of alcohol made for some good entertainment whilst they where on stage!

My shoulder injury is doing really well. I have very close to full movement back already but unfortunately its not going to make alot of difference as the cartilage will take 3 months to heal. I really dont want to be taking any chances as it only takes 1slip and i am back to square 1. Time of the Bike is killing me though!

Not alot else going on really. ABA Grands next week and Shanaze is heading out there, so good luck to her.
