Looks like were about to get a wardrobe change in BMX - Bicycle Motocross, that is. Though it appears the sanctions aren't pulling any fast ones this year, we've heard rumors that Shorts with Shinpads might be allowed. UCI managed to thwart off the threat of skin suits but this one looks like it has some support. First it was clips, then paved corners, smoother tracks, slick tires... and now shorts and shinpads. What's left of the MOTO in BMX appears to be destined for the history books as the sport continues to evolve. It's already the choice in BMX Freestyle so is it really that wrong?
