WoWoWoWoW.

I have been very very bad with updating recently as things have been pretty hectic. I will start of with saying i have just come back from the Olympic Games in Beijing and things where unreal. There is so much to update about in the lead up to the Olympics and the race itself that I will add a few different entries i think.
